Recovery from injury doesn't happen over night. Our rehab gym is designed to support you every step of the way. You’ll begin with one-on-one physiotherapy sessions to address your injury and build a personalised exercise plan. As your strength and confidence grow, you’ll progress to small supervised group sessions, where you’ll continue developing your program under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist. Once you’re ready, you’ll graduate into the gym independently, giving you flexible access to specialised rehab equipment and the space to continue your program at the times that suit you. It’s a smooth, supported pathway that leads you to long-term strength, confidence, and independence.

Our Rehab Gym is designed for people who want the freedom to exercise independently while staying connected to clinical expertise. Train at your own pace in a calm, inclusive space, surrounded by physiotherapists whose experience spans elite sport, post-surgical recovery, workplace health and general wellbeing. Your rehab journey starts with one-on-one physiotherapy to reduce symptoms, identify areas of weakness or movement limitation, and develop a personalised exercise plan to address them. From there, you’ll move into small supervised group sessions to build strength and confidence. Once you’re ready, you can continue your program independently in our rehab gym, with flexible access to specialist equipment and expert support close by if you need it.

Get frequent tweaks on your workout plan based on your heart rate, feedback and of course, your schedule & preferences.
Connect your wearable device with the app to track your daily activity levels and workout metrics like heart rate and calories burnt.
Check-in with weekly photos and measurements to keep track of your progress. Make amends whenever required.
Can I do my own program?
Yes, you can use the equipment to complete your own custom exercise program or use the core fitness program that comes with your Gym access plan
How often can I use the gym?
You can workout in the Rehab Gym as many times as you want. Gym sessions are allocated per hour and are limited to 8 people per session so book early to get the day and time you want.
